Booking Information
A few helpful details before enquiring. Your individual booking terms will be confirmed in writing.
How do I secure my date?
Wedding dates are secured once your booking has been accepted and the agreed non-refundable booking fee has been paid. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I book a trial first?
Of course! Please note that booking a trial alone does not reserve your wedding date. Booking your trial and wedding services together is recommended.
Do you travel?
Yes! Travel is charged at 50p per mile for the full return journey. Trial and wedding-day travel are calculated separately; applicable parking, tolls and accommodation are quoted where needed.
What are my payment options?
Standard booking: A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your trial and wedding date. The remaining balance is due no later than six weeks before the wedding.
Flexible payment plan: Available only for bookings with a total value over £500. A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required, with the remaining balance spread across agreed instalments. The full balance must be paid no later than six weeks before the wedding.
All deposits and cancellation arrangements are subject to your booking agreement and applicable consumer rights.
